About 4 years ago my 25 year old Cedar roof started leaking during rain storms with high winds and I so checked around and was almost resigned to replace the roof as numerous companies told me it couldn't be repaired. Then I contacted Art at Arco Property Solutions and he came right over and did a free complete evaluation of my roof and assured me that it could be repaired and with regular maintenance every 5 years would last me for many more years. He repaired the leak and performed the recommended maintenance and I have him scheduled for regular maintenance every five years. Recently during a high wind storm some shingles blew off and he came over even in the middle of the winter and did some minor repairs to make sure I didn't get any leaks on my new hardwood floors. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly and have recommended him to other friends and neighbors.

Working with Art and the Arco team has been a pleasure. They delivered their service efficiently, on time, and with great care. We were most impressed with Art and his level of knowledge and extremely professional and courteous service. He delivered on everything he promised including and highly thorough photographic inspection, which really helped us make a decision as to whether to replace the whole roof or just parts of it. We feel that this saved us thousands of dollars! Art's follow up was also excellent and we know that we can always contact him (and have!) as a resource for other home issues we have. As well, his team that actually performed the job were fantastic. Often, a neighbourhood has to put up with loud, foul people and their music when a roof is being replaced, but Art's team was extremely courteous and polite the whole time. Art and the rest of his team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole process was completely worry-free. We purchased a 25 year old house with a cedar shake roof. We were told by the house inspector to expect major roof repairs because the roof had not been maintained at all. In fact, the inspector stated that the roof might need to be replaced. I got 2 quotes from two different cedar roofing companies (Arco being one of them). I was impressed with Art's genuine care and professionalism. His quote was presented in a professional manner with actual pictures of our roof and it also contained an overhead drawing of our roof and how many shakes would be replaced on each elevation. This showed me that he has attention to detail. He also sat down with us and explained his background, what his company does, what products he uses and we knew he takes his business seriously. We feel this experience was the start of a new relationship. We will definitely be calling Art when it's time to maintain our roof once again. Art, thank you for doing a phenomenal job!
